Unit wiped- NO maps, no voices,

I plugged my urban rider in to update and download some routes and the whole thing has been wiped, no maps, no voices or anything else on the unit.

How do I get them back?

    Assuming you have done at least one previous back-up to a PC then the data should still be available on that PC to reinstate using TomTom Home. Just be aware it will take ages.

    Make sure you Launch TomTom Home before connecting the Urban rider to a USB port on the PC. Home should identify you connected device and allow you to either reinstate the old data using "update my Rider" or "transfer back the old files from the last back-up" using the "Manage my Rider".
