Rider 400 - How do I close a recording to be able to export my routes

Tracks recorded using the Rider "Record" feature seem to randomly produce an "internal Error - Your tracks cannot be shared due to an error. Please try again later".
This seems to happen when a track was not stopped recording before shutting down the device for example.

Is there a way to either:
  1. skip the faulty track on export all to SD card?
  2. fix the faulty tracks by closing them?
  3. identify the tracks and remove them?
The routes, tracks and poi management is really a pain with this device.
I really miss being able to just plug the USB and edit the files directly from the file browser.

How do I fix this ?
