TomTom Touch wont upload my data

In the app my fitnes tracker displays last connection "just now" all the time but it dosent update my data to the sports app it will display "searching for your fitness tracker"

Phone is htc m9 android BT on wifi on pair ok

    it is not only a compatibility problem with your phone. Many people are having problems. no real solution at the moment.
