Runner 2 software update

i have a 2 year old runner 2 watch. it has tried to download a software update this morning but does not recognise my password. I have logged onto the tomtom website and changed my password successfully, but the software update will still not accept it. as a result I cannot upload my run into the site.

    You need to call Support to sort out your password issues. To get the number for Customer Support, select Contact Us at the bottom of this page, select the service required and the product name and click Contact Customer Care and then Phone Us. It will give you the phone number for the country your account is registered under (this can be changed by clicking the flag icon in the bottom right corner of the screen).
