WiFi Network Search and connectivity issue on the VIA 53

Hi All

Just purchased VIA 53 and I am unable to see my network on tom tom is there any way of fixing this?

I have already connected to the computer and updated but I am still unable to see my network on it.

I would really appreciate help

    Your device can only see 2.4 GHz WiFi networks not the 5 GHz ones

    I can see few network but i cannot see the network in the name i use I have tried and also gone into the router setting to check if everything is working fine both2.4 ghz and 5ghz

    I am tying to see the mac address so i can install manually i cant see in the info either

    Can any other devices get a WiFi connection from the same position as your VIA 53?

    Have you tried resetting the router while the device is searching for it?
