Where do I go to get the update? And how do I actually update the watch ?

    You can't force an update, you will be prompted when you plug the device into a computer with the Connect Software running. Considering all updates since last year caused major issues (connectivity, battery drain, etc.) you are better off staying on 1.3.255, which was the last stable build. Any features introduced after that were not worth the hassle.
