Hi
I think you will find that one is for data and the other is keyboard0 -
Doesn’t sound right, open a case to support...
Before this you may remove any pairings between all of the devices (iPhone, Rider, Headset), do a factory reset of the Rider and the headset, and try again to pair them...0 -
I see 2 devices as well, on my iphone 7 , i think this is normal
probably 1 is for the traffic communication0 -
If this is normal and means two Bluetooth transceivers, it may be good news for the hoarse voice problem...
But then again we have a report that the problem still exists on 550.
It’s difficult to come to a conclusion without more info and some extensive testing...0 -
Note: As part of the set-up you will be asked to accept two pairing requests. One for Bluetooth® Classic and another for Bluetooth® Low Energy.

It looks like there are some improvements on 550 about Bluetooth...
It seems that it has Bluetooth 4.0 / BLE and AD2P support (for sound quality) but you’ve to dig a lot on the support site...
IMHO, the documentation is incomplete...0
