Unwanted route selection on the GO MOBILE Android app
I have TomTom Go Navigation GPS Traffic version 1.17 and for training I started by using a route from my work to my home. When I select "Go home" the route that appears to me is always a different from the one I want and that is further away.
How can I always have the route that I want? It is a fact that when I driving the GPS will adjust to the route where I am but I would like every time I start the application always appears the route I want.
And is it possible to record the route I just completed?
Another question: it´s possible to create routes in the net and send to the application in the style of Google Maps?
Thanks for your help.

That happens with all GPS apps and stand alone units.
Does not have to be TomTom.
It hangs on the time of day
Where you last parked.
Traffic plays a roll too.
If I parked in Lot 1 it took me one way
If I parked in Lot 2 it took me another way.
If I parked in Lot 3 it took me still another way.
I have driven to the Antwerp Harbor For 7 years.
Sometimes it would send me one way for 3 or 4 days
Then it takes a different route a week later.
Now I always knew the best way to drive and went that way even it the GPS was telling me to go another way.
Again it hangs on how bad the traffic is and if there were accidents some where on my route home.
After a while you do not pay any attention to it.
Or need to use it at all from work to home or home to work.

I start to create a route using MyDrive but I have some problems.
When I define the starting point and use the mouse to follow my course, the blue line always goes to another route that I don´t want.
As you can see from the image the area inside the circle is created by mydrive but I want to go the other route and I can´
In mydrive you can also import a .gpx file.
1) Make you route in Google Maps with the streets you want to drive.
2) Copy the link from the route where you also can share you route in Google Maps.
3) Make a gpx file via site: https://mapstogpx.com/
4) Import the GPX in mydrive.tomtom.com
On the internet differenc manuals are to found on this subject.
Have a nice day
