Maps and Subscriptions- RIDER 550

I have a brand new Rider 550.
The current map is Europe 1005.8802 .
When I go to Settings\Maps\Choose another map, there are no other maps.
When I go to Settings\Maps\Add a map I am shown the available space (15.42 GB) but not given the option to add another map.
Also in Settings\System\About it shows my Traffic and Speed camera updates will "Expire Soon"

I have seen many posts suggesting soft resets etc, but I am still without world maps and lifetime camera updates.

    Maybe your lifetime services have not been activated automatically, this happens sometimes.

    You have connected your Rider 550 to Wifi and entered the email and password of the TomTom account in the device?

    I have the exact same issue. I emailed TomTom Netherlands earlier this week but have not received an answer yet.
