Problem with Tomtom LIVE Carminat (RENAULT)

Have some troubles with build on navigation on my Carminate live . Ill buy subscribe for mynavigation (live services) After 2 days i received mal about my order is delivered .
But when i turn on services on my car . - nothing happend .
In menu info , covarage of live srvvice in full level ? but status only" no conection , try later"
What can i do? If my build sim blocked , how i refund money .
I whote massage(mail) to support , but i havent reply 48 hours.
