TomTom Via LIVE 120 Error Code 148- LIVE services error

i am in trouble with my tomtom my connection is saying not connected and my gps is saying waiting for valid gps signal i have tried all the steps which is available on google and here on this website but no luck is there anyone can help me please thanks

    You need to contact Customer Services to re-activate the SIM in your device
