2012 Renault Clio - problem with map you cannot use this map on this device

Hi there,

I have a 2012 Renault Clio TomTom and the maps aren't working. I have plugged it into my laptop and updated everything that is available but I get the following message when I plug the card back into my car "problem with map you cannot use this map on this device :united_kingdom_and_republic_of_ireland-253".

I have tried everything possible but cannot get it to work and it is really frustrating me.

Any help would be very much appreciated.

    I have reactivated the UK and ROI map on your account. But before you download it please remove the existing map using TomTom HOME.

    Hi there, I have exactly the same issue. Just bought my daughter a 2012 Clio Dynamic Tom Tom even after all updates it simply refuses to accept the UK & Ireland map...please help

    A map has been reactivated for your device.

    Just remove the existing map first and then download a fresh version using TomTom HOME.

    Hi there, bought 2012 Clio TomTom and updated app with TomTom home, now map is not working, ‘ can’t use this map with this device’ please help
