Speed cameras updates- Not available for download- and ORDER status

just bought speed camera update, account is saying "in progress" when does it become available for download , I thought it would be an instant download

    Yes. I’ve had this experience as well. There must be a very thin wire from the sales front end to the support servers. Almost as slow as getting a large update from your desktop to the memory on the device.
    Ive got a Go device with built memory for map and old device with SD map card. If using Home for updates I used to take the SD card out and plug into my desktop to load updates direct, not via USB cable. I think it transfers files faster. Sadly not possible on my Go device.
