Go Live 1005 - Error code 148 - LIVE Services connectivity error

Hi all, my device TomTom Go Live 1005.
Bought today another year of live service but cannot update on my device it says error code 148.
Also doesn't update my latest version My Drive Connect that there's an update for my bought product.

Any help would be appreciated.

    Tomtom has deactivated some Live devices if not used for the past 18 months. One way or the other, call support regarding reactivation of Services on your device:
