I've got TomTom GPS Watch Runner Model 8RS00.
Can I use custom or factory workout (like Endurance, Fatburn etc.) from the tomtom sports website?

No you cannot, that is only available on later versions of the watch. I imagine this is not what you were hoping to hear but let me know if this answered your question. If it did, please mark it as a solution so other can look for it if they have the same question.
