Adventurer Strap and Customer Support link

Had my Adventurer for about 3 months now and the small strap loop that the excess strap slips into (not sure what its proper name is) has broke already. Ordered a new Strap through the website and waited 2 weeks. Tom tom sent me a strap for a Touch watch, despite me selecting Adventurer and downloading the receipt for an Adventurer.

As its next to impossible to find any kind of customer support email address or telephone number ("contact us" link just keeps sending you to the FAQ page???) I have now ordered another strap through the broken strap procedure on the warranty page, which probably means I have to wait another 2 weeks. Not good.

Why can you not just add an email address under contact us?
