    When will TomTom stop putting such bland non-informative statements.

    Which bugs have been fixed?
    What improvements have been added?

    @Niall

    I'm trying now figure it out :sunglasses:

    BTW

    Sync with watch is still slow :disappointed_relieved:

    Why does it matter? Do you expect them to list each line of code they changed? Do you think the general user really cares? Look at Garmin or anyone else's pages, they do the same thing.

    • It matters as:- there has been a lot of questions on this forum about bugs in the MySports app; sync with various phones, music play lists etc.
    • Do you expect them to list each line... :- no but if there has been bugs raised on the forum that have been fixed, these should be listed so that those who raised them can check that the bug is truly fixed and give feed-back
    • Do you think the general user really cares? Jo Public no, but concerned users on this forum would like to know that bugs they raised have been fixed, improvements they have asked for have been added; and more importantly the time scale that they might have to wait for outstanding bugs/improvements to appear ;)

    @Niall TomTom has never commented (here or elsewhere) on timing or content of upcoming releases and they are not likely to start now. And considering TT left the watch business six months ago and is not producing any new devices (and has now recalled all inventory from the US and is not even selling any devices in their largest market), we can safely assume at this point any updates will be limited to bug fixes (and even that may be limited - it has been over nine months since the last update broke connectivity for many users and introduced battery drain issues and that is still unresolved). I would not expect much more development and certainly not something major.

    For me the new update seems to have fixed bluetooth sync (on android) issues. I (so far) no longer have to force-quit the background process and re-start the app to get it to sync.
    It would be good customer service to at least say 'Bluetooth bugfixes' and state what some of the improvements are rather than leave us guessing !
    Anyway TomTom, thanks for the update :sunglasses:

    That must be a coincidence. There are no updates to the Bluetooth stack in this build. We would have definitely communicated that.
