Lost Chinese Voice guidance after updates- Via 130

just updated the softwares but lost my Chinese voice guidance. How do i fix this problem ? The only reason i bought this unit because it supported the Chinese language. Grrrrr !!!

    This is a public user forum, so please remove your email address from your public profile and replace it with your country, as which country you are in determines how to restore your lost voice.

    You will have to contact Customer Services (on Monday) and stress that your device did have a Chinese voice and would they please send you an update with it on
