Downloading route from my device -rider 400 into my drive

Hi there, can anyone help me on how to download a recorded route from my rider 400 to my drive so that i can edit the route

Transfer Via Micro SDHC memory card or Bluetooth
Tap the 4Dot (.... Menu) --> My Routes... Share Tracks
Select Track/s to share
Tap Share... Follow on screen inductions

Thanks a lot, that's what I end up doing but seems a long process. I thought I could do without having to take the sd card out everytime I need to edit a route - just a pain in the ass
