Order never received, where is reimbursement?

Hi,
I need to open this new conversation as there is no customer email services nor even a customer phone on your website, I've tried on your twitter account as well without any success. You took 119 £ out of my bank account after I purchased a TomTom Sports Watch but I have never received the order, nor have I received any updates or anything. Pay me the money back asap to avoid legal actions as this looks like a scam. Thanks.
