Tomtom via110 update - serial number lost
I was noticed of a software update but can't connect without the S.N.
I tried to contact Support but it does not accept my old password. I did not make a new account because I already have one and fear to do damage by mixing up the two.
1) How can I know the serial number? it does not show on the screen.
It may be inside the device. How can I open it? I am a technician.
2) Can I safely make a new account?
