MacBook Air & Sports connect
OS High Sierra 10.13.4
The connect icon is now visible in the ribbon but the application does not start up when I click on the icon. Even when I plug in my adventurer watch the app does not startup.
I do see the watch as an external HD on my pc.
What is wrong?

I followed your advice but TomTom customer care was not a help in this issue
I than contacted the Apple Customer Care and they were very helpfull and the problem is resolved. The app is working fine now.
