Lost all data after linking app to Vitality App

Hi all,

I have recently linked my device to the Vitality app but in the process my TomTom app deleted all my historical data. The Tomtom app does not even recognize my device it is asking to link a device (like I am signing into the app for the first time).

How can I recover the data of my previous sessions?

    When you log into your account on MySports can you still see it? Perhaps when you linked to Vitality it changed the login for MySports so you are seeing a new blank account, not your existing one. If so you need to reinstall the app and relinked it to the device and account.
