start 20- Copy maps to a new TomTom

Hi, my start 20 is not working, it was testet on servis and they say that the one of electronic chip is broken (battery and connects are ok). What can I do, if I get a new tomtom, can I copy my maps from old navi to new one or can I fix old one (it's worth it)?
I have eastern and central europe map on my tomtom start 20.

    Maps are linked to the device and furthermore not compatible with new devices.
    Buy a device with Europe maps
