Tom tom urban rider keeps reboot

Hi all.
Looking for some help. I have a tom tom urban rider that keeps rebooting itself. I switched it on today and it couldn't find a gps. It then proceeded to keep rebooting itself. I've tried resetting it by holding the off button for 30seconds and it still keeps rebooting. Any help would be greatful before my trip to France in July. Cheers

    also when its connected to your pc or mac. if not i would try to update it. like gps fix etc.

    and the reset. see what happens.
