Tom Tom Pro 5150- Connecting device to the computer

When I connect my device it does not connect to Tom Tom home, even though the device is switched on and does connect to My Drive when I use it via that. I need to update the traffic subscription on it. Can anyone help me with this or is there a number that I can call at Tom Tom to speak with someone?

    You need MyDriveConnect, not Home, with that device. Get it at tomtom.com/getstarted.
