Purchased speed camera update for Start 52 not available in MyDrivecConnect

I purchased an Asia-Pacific speed camera update for my Start 52 on 26 April 2018, with the order status displayed as 'completed'.

MyDriveConnect does not appear to have recognized this purchase as it reports that the speed camera update has expired.
