After having a mapshare report of a missing roundabout rejected, I asked for the reason why and received this response, "I have had this escalated to our senior technical team and they have informed that the the report just states 'not qualifying for roundabout'".

Well, take a look at the images below and you should see what I mean about TomTom's decision making.9585785c-6f8f-4ce2-9a81-89e397d8ac75.jpgdf3d8547-1a68-4d26-90bc-7075db43dbaa.jpgde38d390-85a1-425f-aeea-0d5e628d7225.jpgd088b992-c5e1-4e6f-9e71-15e9dc096f74.jpg

    @BrianE

    Can you add the ID of your rejected report so that other TT staff can look into the problem

    Hi Brian

    This has been picked up by the Map Team.

    Long story short, it was a human misinterpretation of specified details.

    Not only have we corrected that but we have taken necessary actions to add the missing roundabout to our data.

    Thank you :)

    Regards
    Vikram :)
