Track/route not possible?- RIDER 42

Hi. When I make a track in an external software and import it to my Rider 42 it says "route not possible" when I try to open it. It's mainly small dirt roads/tracks. Is it beacuse Tomtom doesn't recognize the track? Any ideas?

    Tomtom are Road Route planning devices and not suitable for Off-road route planning
    If the route/road/track or coordinate is not displayed on the Tomtom map the device will only plan a route to the nearest road access point
