My Drive Not downloading to computer

unable to download My Drive to computer - keeps saying a section of the program cannot be found. Have tried to contact TomTom via e-mail. The e-mail refuses to be submitted to TomTom. If this is the best (have had other e-mails refusing to submit) then I shall close down my account and move to Garmin

If you want concrete help on a forum it is better to give more information, the exact text of the error message.
It lacks a .dll, which one? Another thing, what exactly?
There are several types of errors, the possible solutions are different.
