Not able to add device to mydrive connect

I am not able to add device to mydrive connect. I have encountered the following error

"We are sorry something has gone wrong. It is currently not possible to add your device to your account. Please try again."

I have tried many times, still not able to add device to mydrive connect.
My Satnav shows that my computer and device are now connected.

I have tried many different methods recommended on this forum, none of these methods are able to solve this issue.

This error seem to be very common, but there are no solutions

Could you help me resolve this issue?
