Rider 550 live traffic connection dropping

Hello, I have a rider 550 an iPhone 7 and a Uclear HBC100 plus intercom.
the live traffic connection is dropping very frequently. Is there an (bluetooth) update coming, i heard this problem many times before.

    Consult a psychic about THE update and let us know... :D TT has no idea...

    Remove the pairings from both devices and try a drum roll reset, and pair them again. It may cure it for sometime.
