HI,
Ive now got a new TT rider 450, and got a scala rider Qz headset unit to pair with it and my android phone.
They connect and talk to each other and i can hear instructions and music and incoming calls fine.
But people on the phone can barely hear me as the volume is too quiet. no background noise or interference, just very very quiet. cant find anything in the settings of tt, headset or phone...
Anyone else had this problem and have a solution?
Only i'm off to france and spain next week, so want it working...

There is no adjustments for the microphone. Be sure that you’ve the latest firmware update installed and the mic is near your mouth.

The app says its the most recent firmwear, and the Mic' is the right way round and close to my mouth.
