Rider 400 can't access "my routes" menu.

I just finished making a route on mydrive.tomtom.com for use in a 2-day road trip that starts this afternoon. I've selected the option to sync with my rider.

Now, I'm trying to view the route on my rider 400.
I go to menu, tap "my routes". After that it sits there a while, the reboots.
How do I fix this?

A quick response would be appreciated, since I'd like to actually use my satnav for... you know, satellite navigation.

    For the route transfer... Are you logged into MyDrive on the device
    Tap 4Dot (....Menu) --> Tomtom Services... MyDrive

    Also Try... A Drum roll restart on the device ????


    Charge the device for at least 2Hrs "OR" have the device plugged into a power supply
    Press and hold the on/off button until you hear a drum-roll sound then release the on/off button.
    You won’t lose anything; it’s just like rebooting your PC
    I use a Soft/drum-roll start after any upgrade large or small.
    It’s also useful to keep in mind for sorting out most minor niggles......

    Thanks for the tips.

    To answer your post: yes, I was logged in to MyDrive on the Device.
    My device was able to access the "my routes" before I saved the route and started syncing it to my device.

    I was able to solve it then (luckily in time for my road trip :) ) by exporting the same route to gpx, importing that via usb cable to my Rider, and having the device import that route.

    I can only assume there was an error in the route that was synced, and the gpx route import overwrote the error.
