Spark can't sync to mysportapp
Somehow, my tomtom spark can't sync my work out data to smart phone (mysportapp). The BT connection is good, and even the PIN is match, the watch 'said' connected, but the app keeps showing 'connecting' sign.
This problem started a week ago when I was about to use it for long biking journey.
I have followed this issue from this link: https://uk.support.tomtom.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/23011
but the problem remains.
Please advice.
