Keys for Plan Route Map (TomTomOnline)

Is there any info regarding Keys/Legends for Plan Route Map?

On Plan Route Map (TomTom online, not on nav device), I plan some routes. I understand blue line shows a proposed route. But dark red and bright red lines are also shown but no idea what those lines are showing. I assume some sort of traffic jam or construction but no exact info regarding those lines.

Any idea?
