Spark 3 not able to connect to Phone or Headphones now.

I love my Spark 3 and all was well until recently.

Synching was touch and go once in while but mostly Ok with my phone (Samsung S5 mini and others I have had) and no problems with my MPOW headphones at all. The recent update to 1.7.64 has totally killed the connection. I have tried the factory reset, forgotten it from the phone's BT, un/re-installed the app and followed all the steps exactly in order. I have done all of this several times. Please - can admin get me back to the working 1.3.204 version I had before?
