Hi, can someone please help. I recently purchased a map update for my TomTom XXL. When attempting to download the map TomTom says the device is no longer supported and the map cannot be downloaded. They tell me this AFTER I purchase the map!
How do I obtain a refund? I have scoured the website for this information without success and there appears to be no channel to communicate this to TomTom.

The second link does not answer my question about map refunds, it sends you round in endless circles trying to find the answer (rather frustrating). I cannot find any information on the website about map refunds.
Does anyone have the answer please?

Tomtom have already stated that Lifetime Maps and any existing Map Subscriptions will be honoured
