New Traveler
With My Connect running, when I insert my start 52 , the my connect software requests an update which I accept, this is then downloaded but then just hangs . If I repeat the install the same happens_ have tried re installing my connect same happens. Im using Mac Sierra.

Have you tried to redo a clean installation?
- Start 52 not connected to the computer.
- Uninstall MDC completely, reboot your MAC.
- Download a new installation file.
Warning, there are 2 different versions of MyDrive Connect for MAC depending on the version of your operating system.
