Sony XAV Map Update

Can anyone help me on how to install or update maps on a sony xav 602bt. I've followed the steps on the website but then when it comes to putting it into the car stereo it says 'no maps found'

    Did you ever get this issue resolved? This seems like a common complaint about the Sony-TomTom "relationship" (where neither provides adequate support and blames the other side).

    This is a bone of contention for me having purchased an in car system with the tomtom module and not been able to get an update since 2017! Are there any europe maps I can use on the module which are current?

    Hi no answer to my query? You are still listing the Sony equipment on your website and that its easy to update it but zero support and no updates! Do you not think this is dishonest of you not to either offer lifetime updates which was the original deal I believe or withdraw it and update your website?
