Cardio Watch with Serial Number unknown

Hi all,
I have a Cardio Watch with a serial number startin with HNXXX.....

I have the USB cable probably broken , but I cannot open any issue to support since no serial number of any product starts with HN.

How can I solve it?

thanks for the response.
The problem is that on the Italian Tom Tom Support web site there's no way to enter my Serial number.
How can I directly contact Customer Service to post a replacement request?
