Password reset email not received

Hi there, Im asking for a friend because he cant login to his account.
He has forgotten his password and has requested a password reset email several times, it says the email has been sent but it has not apeared in his inbox, spam or bin. He cant talk to support directly because he needs to login to his account to do so.
Can anyone give advice on how this can be resolved? Any help would be apreciated.
