Music removal-from the watch

Hi, Please how to remove all the music from the watch. With sync, it still remains songs that were in the watch that I'm not able te remove. Thanks

    Just plug it into a computer and it will show as a hard drive. Go to the folder labeled Music and delete everything in it.

    Thanks. Even using this solution, it still remains songs that i can't see in the watch (hard drive), but that it automatically played with my playlists ! I updated the software (The watch is new, i've just bought it), and restrated the watch as new one. It seems working

    At this point I would suggest calling Customer Support to see what they can do. They are able to more deeply investigate and diagnose problems than we can here on the user forum. To get the number for Customer Support, select Contact Us at the bottom of this page, select the service required and the product name and click Contact Customer Care and then Phone Us. It will give you the phone number for the country your account is registered under (this can be changed by clicking the flag icon in the bottom right corner of the screen).
