settings in MyDrive Connect

I cannot work out how to access settings in my drive connect. If I right click on the icon all I get are windows options? what am I doing wrong ?

    Click on the the Spanish flag top right of the MyDriveConnect application

    Thank you. it is just making another attempt to update a corrupt map after I have reinstalled the pc software and reset the GPS, so I will it to have another attempt if that fails I will click that flag, thank you, I was looking on left. This device drives me crazy, it takes all day to update.

    unfortunately that hasn't helped as the option to download maps to my computer is greyed out as is uninstall the court upped map that is on my memory card, it says connect my device and as soon as I do that it gets stuck in the update going up sometimes to 4% or so before returning to 0% where it sticks. I have run out of ideas and need this map next week ☹️

    Contact Customer Services to cancel the download from their end, also to help your through the update process.

    I sent customer support Uk an email2 days ago and am still waiting. i cannot use the españa support as i bought the unit in the Uk.
