why i can't read my activities on the PC?

if i charge my activities by Samsung phone, their are readable on the PC, but with the same user, if i charge with iphone, the activities charged are not visible on the PC. Because? where is the error?

    I assume you mean sync with Samsung and iPhone? When you sync with the iPhone are you saying the activities are not showing up on MySports? Are you able to pair the watch with the phone at all? You can't have it paired to two phones at once so it may be that being paired with the Samsung is preventing pairing with the iPhone. You need to pick the phone you want to sync with and stay there. You can also always sync by computer, which is actually faster and more reliable. You can try restarting the pairing process on the iPhone following the steps below but be aware there are also issues with pairing by iPhone for some users with the latest updates, so you may actually need to revert to an earlier firmware version at the link below.

    The steps to pair are: remove or forget the watch from the phone's BT menu, factory reset the watch, select Pair New on the app, select Pair New on watch (press down from the clock and select Phone>Pair New, not Sync) and follow the prompts on the phone. You should not be pairing the watch first through the phone's BT menu; it is all done through the app and you must have the phone forget the watch in the BT menu before re-pairing.
