Hello, I have updated my TomTom and am trying to add the Promotion code to activate my Lifetime Map Updates
Can anyone help me. I am also trying to add my new TomTom to my profile but there does not seem to be anywhere on the account to ADD a new product.

When you register your Via 1535 using MyDriveConnect (MDC) that should recognise that the device has lifetime maps
Get MDC from here https://us.support.tomtom.com/app/product_select/locale/en_US
Confirm with Customer Services the status of you map subscription
