Waypoints saved on the XL - Can they be accessed using a PC

[h1]I have an IQXL with 3500 waypoints saved, I can access my TomTom via the PC like a hard drive. If I purchase a new TomTom, which TomTom will allow me to extract the old waypoints from the IQXL and insert into the new TomTom whatever device[/h1]
