Setting intervals

Hi any help would be much appreciated please.
I am following a running programme and tonight I need to run the following....
3 x (0.25 miles (0.4km) at target 5km pace, 0.5 miles (0.8km) at target 10km pace.
I'm not sure how to set my watch to let me know when to change pace....

    Go to the Planning tab on MySports and build it there and then sync it to the watch. You can do multiple work session at different paces based on distance, so what you have described is possible. Anything other than very basic programs cannot be set up on the watch itself.

    Thank you tfarabaugh. I have successfully built some custom workouts on the Planning tab on MySports and synced to my watch :grinning:
