Has anyone else noticed when using the app on (in my case) a Mac, the progress/activity tracking/day graph shows a low pulse of 28/29 BUT the title bar shows a minimum of 220 bpm!
My usual resting pulse hovers just north of 40 bpm, and my sleeping pulse hovers around 30 bpm, although it can drop as low as 28.
There seems to be a point of around 29 bpm or lower where a program bug or anomaly makes the title bar read 220 bpm. An example is attached:

It's not really an issue, I've noticed it a few times in the year or so I have used the watch, and was surprised when I first saw it...I was wondering what I was doing in my sleep to have a 'low' of 220 bpm, until I looked at the graph itself!
Just curious if anyone else has seen this happen?

That is really weird! Your best bet is to call Support at this point, who can dig into the background coding and see what is causing it. To get the number for Customer Support, select Contact Us at the bottom of this page, select the service required and the product name and click Contact Customer Care and then Phone Us. It will give you the phone number for the country your account is registered under (this can be changed by clicking the flag icon in the bottom right corner of the screen).
I hope this helped answer your question. If so, please mark it as a solution so others can look for it if they have the same question.0
