I've just purchased a start52 to replace my old XL live. The problem is MyDrive Connect. It's been installed o.k. but it won't update my device. I keep getting the following error message.

"Failed to download content for your START 52 with ID XRxxxxIxxxxx
Please consult your network settings.

The URL is as follows:
http://download.tomtom.com/nav3/1005/nav4-noasr-no3d-nofts/Europe_2.ttpkg."

Why won't it update?? Help please???
